These terms cover the use of our website and our text message program. By using the site or giving us your mobile number, you agree to them.

Text message program

Program name: Magic City Boxing Athletic Club

What we send: class booking confirmations, class reminders, schedule changes, follow-up about your membership or your child's program, and occasional requests for a review.

How you join

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to the consent statement, on our booking form, in person at the front desk, or when you ask us on the phone to text you. We do not add anyone who has not asked us to.

How you stop

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will get one message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.

Membership, classes and payment

Membership rates, drop-in rates and youth program fees are as posted on our website and at the gym. Adult memberships have no signup fee. Class times may change and we will tell you when they do.

Training carries risk

Boxing and physical training carry a risk of injury. All participants sign a waiver before training, and sparring is permitted only for members who have met our requirements for it.

The content on this site is ours and is provided as it is, for information. We do our best to keep it accurate but we do not warrant that it is free of error.

Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information and we never share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
