Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Personal training runs 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM daily, by appointment only. That is outside posted gym hours, so it has to be booked ahead.
Class times
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 7:00 PM — Box Fit, beginner friendly, all levels
- Tuesday, Thursday, 7:00 PM — Strength and conditioning, included with membership

Your first visit
Your first class is $25 and we provide gloves and wraps for it. Join and that $25 comes off your registration. Wear athletic clothes and sneakers, and come about ten minutes early so we can get you signed in without rushing. If you are bringing a child, come and watch a session first. There is no obligation attached to either.
