Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Members can use the floor for open gym any time we are open.
Personal training runs 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM daily, by appointment only. That is outside posted gym hours, so it has to be booked ahead.
Class times
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 7:00 PM — Box Fit, beginner friendly, all levels
- Tuesday, Thursday, 7:00 PM — Strength and conditioning, included with membership
Youth program times are set per group. Ask about the next intake.

Your first visit
Your first class is free and we provide gloves and wraps for it. Wear athletic clothes and sneakers, and come about ten minutes early so we can get you signed in without rushing. If you are bringing a child, come and watch a session first. There is no obligation attached to either.
