Our text message program.

What we send, how you say yes, and how to stop. Plainly, in one place.

What we send

If you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box, Magic City Boxing Athletic Club may text you about:

• Confirming a class you have booked
• Reminding you about a class time
• Following up after your first session
• Occasionally asking for a review

These are operational messages about your own classes and membership. We do not send advertising to people who have not asked to hear from us, and we never share or sell your number.

How you opt in

There are three ways, and all three are something you do, not something we do to you.

• On our website. Fill in the Start Here form and tick the consent box. It is not pre-ticked, and you can submit the form without it.
• In person. Give your number at the front desk. A coach reads the consent statement aloud before adding you.
• On the phone. Call the gym and ask us to text you back. We record that on your contact record.

Consent is not a condition of membership or of any purchase. Leave the box unticked and we will contact you by phone or email instead.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting you. You will get one message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or call the gym on (856) 244-2269.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information

How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy, and the full program terms are in our Terms & SMS Terms. We do not sell your information and we never share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
