Where the money goes.
Magic City Boxing Athletic Club is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit in East Orlando. This page exists so you can check that for yourself rather than take our word for it.

You do not have to trust any of that. Look us up in the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search by our EIN, and in the Florida Division of Corporations records by our document number. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
What a donation actually funds
Every dollar from memberships, programs and donations goes back into the mission:
- Youth scholarships
- Coaching
- Equipment
- Facility costs
- Competition expenses
- Academic support
- Community programming
The programs behind that
Alongside youth boxing and fitness, the club develops mentoring, tutoring, leadership, anti-bullying, and school and community partnership programming. What is running at any given time depends on current scheduling and funding, so ask us what is active rather than assuming.
How we keep young athletes safe
- Youth boxing starts at age six.
- Youth sessions are supervised by coaches who meet the club's background check and SafeSport requirements.
- We cap youth sessions at a maximum of ten students to one coach.
- Contact training is never automatic. It requires coach approval, demonstrated readiness, proper equipment, the required documents, and parent or legal guardian consent.
Scholarships, and how they actually work
Families receiving SNAP may request scholarship assistance by presenting a valid EBT card. We will not pretend it is unlimited: assistance depends on available funding, program fit, attendance expectations and approval. If cost is the thing standing between a young person and this gym, tell us rather than quietly disappearing.
If you want to help a specific young athlete, that has to run through the club's approved scholarship and sponsorship process. We never identify a child or share their account information with a donor.
What we do not publish, and why
You will not find a headline number on this page claiming how many young people we have mentored or how many scholarships we have awarded. We are not going to put up a figure we cannot stand behind when somebody asks how it was counted.
What we can tell you today is what the club is, what it funds, who supervises the young athletes, and where to verify our registration independently. As we build records we can defend, they will go here, on this page, with the method attached.

- Volunteer. Email info@magiccityboxing.com. Screening, role requirements and youth safety rules apply.
- Equipment. We may be able to use it. Tell us the item, brand, size, condition, quantity, and send photos first. We cannot promise to accept everything.
- Corporate sponsorship. Ask for Coach Erik Polnett.
Fundraising here runs online rather than through an annual in-person event, so the donate page is the front door year round.
